Corpus AI · For immigration law firms
Client intake in your client's language. A form-ready English summary in yours.
Your firm sends one link. The client answers a guided intake in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, or Haitian Creole. You get an English case summary mapped to your own field list — exportable as docx, CSV, or JSON.
The problem this attacks
Intake is where paralegal hours disappear: answers re-keyed from questionnaires that clients half-finished, in a language they didn't choose. Per-seat intake tools charge by the head — a 5-seat firm on per-seat pricing pays roughly $345–$595 a month1 — and their own users report intake answers failing to carry over ("Lots of information does not populate into the form"2).
1 Docketwise $69–$119/user/mo (docketwise.com/pricing, checked 2026-08-29); Gavel from $83/mo (gavel.io/pricing, checked 2026-08-29); Prima.Law ~$70/user/mo (Capterra listing, checked 2026-08-29). 2 Prima.Law user review, Capterra, checked 2026-08-29.
How it will work
Send the link. Your firm invites a new client and picks the language.
The client answers in their language. A guided conversation, not a wall of form fields. It never gives legal advice — advice questions are flagged for your attorney.
You get the mapped English summary. Reviewed by your staff, exported as docx, CSV, or JSON into whatever you already use.
We are validating this with firms now, before writing the software. No screenshots on this page because none would be real yet. What is real today is the concierge pilot below.
Available now: the concierge pilot
$99 one-time — we run intake by hand for your next 5 new clients
While the software version is validated, our team delivers the same result manually, on the pipeline we already use for your certified translations:
- You send each new client our intake questionnaire in their language — Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, or Haitian Creole — prepared by our team.
- Within 1 business day per client, you get the English case summary mapped to your firm's field list, as docx and CSV.
- Same privacy rules as the product: no training on client data, raw intake deleted after you accept each summary.
- Payment by Stripe invoice after we agree the scope by email. To be clear: this pilot is delivered manually by the Corpus team, not by software.
What we commit to on data
- No training on your clients' data. Ever.
- Deletion: the raw intake conversation is deleted after your firm accepts the summary (30-day default retention otherwise).
- No PII in logs. Client details live in the deliverable, not in system logs.
- Per-firm isolation and encryption at rest; a data-processing addendum is available before any live client data is processed.
Straight answers
Is the software live yet?
No. We are validating it with immigration firms right now, and we only build it if firms pay for the manual pilot and accept the results. The concierge pilot above is available today.
Does it fill USCIS forms?
No. It produces a reviewed, field-mapped English summary with export. Your existing tools and staff do the filing. If form population is the thing you actually need, tell us — that answer shapes what we build.
Is any of this legal advice?
Never. The intake collects and structures facts. Advice-shaped questions from clients are refused and flagged for your attorney. Corpus is not a law firm.
