What "packet submission" means — and when the 30-day clock starts

Packet submission is the date on which both of these have happened:

• You submit the appeal to Google using our step-by-step submission sequence, from your own Google account; and
• You send us the submission confirmation — a screenshot of Google's confirmation screen, or a forward of the confirmation email Google sends after an appeal is filed.

The 30-day clock starts that day. Easiest way to do it: the moment you finish filing, reply to your packet-delivery email with the screenshot or forwarded confirmation. Done in under a minute, and your guarantee window is running.

In plain English: the clock starts when you file the appeal and show us you filed it — not when we deliver the draft, and not when you paid. A packet that is never submitted never starts a clock, so there is no window to miss while you gather documents.

The guarantee: 100% refund if not reinstated within 30 days

If Google has not reinstated your profile within 30 days of packet submission, we refund 100% of the $199 on request. To request it, reply to any email on your order — or to the day-30 check-in we send — and say so. That is the entire procedure.

The refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe within 5 business days of your request. It is the full $199 — no partial refunds, no credits toward other services, no deductions.

In plain English: not reinstated inside the window, you ask, you get all of your money back within a week of asking.

The carve-outs — all three of them

Three situations sit outside the guarantee. The first two end with your money back anyway; we state all three plainly because a guarantee with hidden exceptions is worthless.

• Fabrication requests. If your intake asks us to fabricate, alter, or backdate documents or evidence — including fake reviews — we refuse the order and refund you in full before drafting anything. We do not build appeals on invented evidence, for your protection and ours.
• A profile that still violates the policy. If your profile clearly still violates the policy it was suspended under, and you decline to fix that first, we refuse the order and refund you in full before drafting anything. An appeal for a still-violating profile wastes your appeal; we will tell you what needs fixing instead.
• New suspensions after reinstatement. The guarantee covers the suspension you hired us for. If your profile is reinstated and later suspended again for new, different conduct, that later suspension is not covered by this order's guarantee.

In plain English: the only cases where the 30-day guarantee does not apply are two where we hand your money back before doing any work, and one where the job you paid for was already completed — the profile came back, and something new happened afterward.

What we never do

None of the following happens at any stage of any order:

• We never ask for your Google login or password.
• We never ask for dashboard access to your Business Profile.
• We never ask for a manager invite to your profile.
• We never submit the appeal on your behalf or contact Google as you.

You submit the appeal yourself, from your own account, following the submission sequence in your packet. The intake form has zero credential fields — check it yourself before paying. If anyone claiming to be us ever asks for a password or a manager invite, it is not us.

One revision round is included

Every order includes one revision round on the delivered draft packet, at no extra charge. A revision round works like this: after you receive the draft, reply with everything you want changed — corrections to facts we got wrong, edits to the appeal letter, a document swapped in the evidence bundle, a fix to the diagnosis — in one consolidated reply. We return a revised packet.

What counts as the revision round: one batch of requested changes to your packet before you submit the appeal. What does not use it up: errors that are ours — if we got something wrong, we fix it without touching your revision round. What it is not: an open-ended series of back-and-forth edits, or a new packet for a different suspension.
